L’Oréal Lash Paradise Review / Is it really a DUPE for Better Than Sex? | Rutele

Good Morning and Happy Monday!

This is hitting the makeup world by storm! Everyone is talking about how the L’Oréal Lash Paradise is the dupe for the Better Than Sex Two Faced mascara..Is it true?? Can it be?

Watch the video to find out, if you would rather read about it, scroll on down!

This is what the tube of mascara looks like. It is undeniably very close to what the Better Than Sex packaging looks like. It does feel light and plasticy vs the BTS, which feels heavy and has a metallic feel.

The wand also looks different. It is broad at the base and once it gets narrow, its stays that way all the way up, unlike the BTS, which is broad, gets narrow and goes back to broad towards the tip.

Now this will cost you around $8 to $10, depending on where you get it. You will get 7.6 mL of product while the BTS one you gives you around 8mL. Which for a $13 dollar difference, is not much of a quantity difference.

This mascara claims:

Take your lashes to paradise! Our 1st mascara for voluptuous volume & length. Soft wavy bristle brush holds maximum formula for a dramatic volumizing charge. 200+ bristles catch every lash for a full fringe effect. Smooth glide formula provides silky volume in one coat. Lashes are feathery soft to the touch. Women agreed: 91% saw intense & volumized lashes and 87% saw more beautiful lashes. +98% lengthening effect.

How To Use:

You are to start at the base of your lashes, and gently sweep to the tip. For removal, use a beauty oil, makeup remover or simply soap and water.

My Thoughts:

I honestly really do like this mascara. The wand is petite and really easy to move around. The formula of the mascara is great, but I wouldn’t say this is a dupe for the BTS mascara. It does not provide as much length or drama or color even.  Will I use this? Yes, of course. Will I reach for it instead of my BTS? No! Do I suggest you snag this if you find in? Of course, YES!

Have you used this?? What did you think??

XOXO, Rutele!
