Lancôme Teint Idole Foundation & Concealer | Review

Hi beauties,

I must say that this is my first time trying out Lancôme products. I know, I have obviously been living under a damn rock. LOL

I have a video of me physically trying out the products as well, so if you’d like to watch it being applied and worn instead of just reading about it, click the video below! If you’d like to read about my experience and review, scroll on down. :*

Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Longwear Foundation Stick SPF 21

This foundation is actually really creamy, really bendable and really smooth. It makes my skin look perfect without caking on or masking my true skin. I also really love the fact that it has sunscreen in it since I live in Florida and it is always the last thing on my mind (even though it should be the first lol).

There are 30 shades total which is amazing and it cost $42 dollars. It is quite pricey, but for a product that works and is good for your skin? I say go for it.

Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Wear Camouflage Concealer

This baby is soooo long wearing. Now when I say “long wearing” I mean it lasted the whole day without budging even when I had to scrub my eye after getting some nasty water in it (I was trying to wash out any accidental pink eye lol). I cannot say that it is very full coverage but it did blend out beautifully and did not crease. It absolutely is perfect for a very natural look but for the price I would say you can find better options.

There are 16 shades of this and they also have color correcting ones. The price of this is $31.

Lancôme Click & Glow Highlighting Skin Fluid

img_9384.jpg

This is for sure my favorite item in the box. I have never used a liquid highlight before but it is beyond gorgeous and very natural. Cream highlights look very natural as well but this….my oh my…is even better. Most days I really only want a very subtle glow instead of a “blinding the martians” kind of glow so it is the perfect item for that. It has an awesome lasting power and makes me look very healthy and dewy. I would absolutely repurchase!

This come in four different shades: a pearlescent pink, a warm rose gold, a warm gold and a rich amber bronze. This retails for $23 dollars.

Lancôme Le Metallique Metallic Lip Lacquer

IMG_9381

Look at how cute the packaging is! I am really not a huge lip gloss girl but this is a really interesting product. I have been obsessed with my Ofra Versailles liquid lipstick for forever and I always wanted to add it on top of other lipstick but it’s too opaque for that. This I think solves my problem. The Versailles lipstick and this (Mirrored Nude) are the exact color, just different formula/pigmentation. This would sit nicely on top of another color and retain the same pigment, just make it a rose gold metallic finish which is perfect. This is not overly sticky or goopy. I would say that if you do not own something like this, you should invest because it can absolutely transform any lipstick that you own into a trendy metallic finish.

This comes in 13 different shades and retails for $22.

**These were sent to me for review purposes by Influenster! My opinions remain 100% honest because otherwise that would be stupid lol**

Have you tried any of these?? If so, what were your thoughts?

Well here we are….now that I have fallen in love with this palette and how versatile it is, its time to swatch this baby.

This is what the Gleam Kit looks like. The colors range from darker up top, to lighter at the bottom. It is geared towards lighter skin tones. IMG_3192

Hard Candy and Mimosa are for slightly darker skin tones. They have that golden shimmery effect that looks ahhhhmazing on tan skin. So you can use these in the summer time to enhance your sun kissed skin.

Starburst and Crushed Pearl are for lighter skin tones. They both have a silvery effect that really makes a more pronounced highlight.

IMG_3206I am a fairly light, but do have more of a yellow undertone to my skin. On my skin tone Hard Candy appears to have more of pinky look. It would be to die for mixed with a light peachy matte blush! Mimosa has a  gorgeous golden sparkle. It would be perfect paired with a bronzed face! Starburst has a light pink, silvery finish and Crushed Pearl is very silvery and white! This is perfect for porcelain skin tones but would also look flawless if you are going for a cool tone look.

These shades are unbelievably pigmented and creamy! They do actually stay on all day without transferring and the best part is the fact that you can these as eye shadows too!

Happy Glowing guys and gals!! Have you tried this palette? Got any other favorite highlighters? Comment down below and subscribe! Thank you loves!
